Account credentials and profile information in the platform
Usage data and interaction with the platform
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information

How we use it

We use the information for the following purposes:

To answer your message and, where you ask, to arrange a conversation
To provide, maintain and improve the platform
To communicate about updates and support
To comply with legal obligations

Client data in the platform

Data a client enters into Azalt belongs to the client and is processed under the data processing agreement. It is separated from other clients' data by row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train models: that is excluded by contract and opted out on every call to a model provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that assist in our operations, under contracts that hold them to appropriate security measures; with your consent; or as required by law. The list of sub-processors is available on request.

Security

We apply the controls described on the security page: encryption, access control, a tamper-evident audit trail and regular assessment. No method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data, under KVKK and the GDPR:

Access to your personal information
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of your data
Data portability
Objection to processing
