Terms of service
These terms govern your access to and use of Erguvan's services, including this website and the Azalt platform. Client use of the platform is governed by the master services agreement, the order form and the Blueprint; where they differ from these terms, they prevail.
Acceptance
By accessing or using our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The services
Erguvan provides technology platforms for enterprise sustainability management. Azalt provides sustainability data management, disclosure and reporting tools for organisations, delivered with configuration and support under a signed engagement.
Your obligations
When using our services you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse the services or attempt unauthorised access to our systems
Intellectual property
All content, features and functionality of the services, including software, text, graphics and marks, are owned by Erguvan or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Client data remains the client's.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erguvan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless the client agreement provides otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for a breach of these terms. On termination of a client agreement, the client receives a full export of its data as the agreement provides.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Erguvan entity named in the client agreement. Disputes are resolved as that agreement provides.
